Eva Mendes was spotted leaving the hair salon in Los Feliz, California. She wore a pair of Current/Elliott Stiletto Skinny Jeans in Rosewood. I always thought the wash was amazing ever since I saw these a month back. I like that they are more of a burnt pink than bright. I would have thought that the Stiletto fit would have been more cropped on Eva than they are here. She is one that looks a lot taller than what she actually is.
I put on one of my old pairs of Current/Elliott jeans and I have to say that stretch in jeans has come such a long way the past couple of years. I find it so strange how jeans from a few years ago did feel stretchier then. One thing though that hasn’t changed is that Current/Elliott’s still have the same butter soft feel as they do now. You can click here to purchase these jeans at Shopbop for $168.
Looks like Chelsea Handler loves her Rag & Bone Leather Paneled jeans. She wore them yet again last week during her interview with Bethany Frankel. I like the fact that Chelsea wore these more than once on her show knowing how much of a statement they are.
I actually like the styling this time more than the previous time. I thought that black was a perfect choice but the burgundy works a lot better. I also think those boots are a great choice as well with these jeans. She wore them the last time with these and they look just as great then as they do here. Minka Kelly attended the Marquee opening in Sydney, Australia. She wore some flower printed Dolce & Gabbana jeans with a J Brand RTW Baez Leather Tee. I just cannot find anything wrong with this look. The fit of everything is just perfect on Minka.
The the juxtaposition of it is just perfect. I never would have thought that a leather tee would work with a pair of floral print jeans, but it does. I also really like the print of the jeans. The print looks like they were hand painted with water colors. Unfortunately these jeans are sold out, but you can click here to purchase the shirt from J Brand’s website for $795 and here for a pair of J Brand floral jeans if you are looking to emulate this look.
Here is the new men’s Spring 2012 collection by Insight. Like the women’s, this one has some great pieces. The printed jeans above and the short sleeve denim shirt would have to be my favorite pieces. There are also some really great washes. The light washed blue is just amazing. I also think the colored pairs are great, especially the purple.
I really do think Insight makes really nice pieces. I have, and still wear religiously, a denim shirt by them that I got a few years ago. I also have a few tanks and tees that I really covet. They have really great graphics on them. This is definitely a brand that I think you readers should try out if you haven’t yet. You can click through the look book below.
