Joe Jonas was spotted in his Rockstar Sushi Cargos again when he was caught going to a meeting in Ventura, California. I like the little detail on these jeans. They have a zipper at the seam of the front trouser pocket. Joe seems to love roaming around Southern California. He is always spotted out and about from city to city.
I agree with what Lorna said. I do think Joe will be taking the crown away from Zac Efron this year. He has had quite a few sightings this year on denim. What are your thoughts? Are you readers sad the Zac has been M.I.A this year? You can click here to purchase these jeans at Nordstroms for $159.
Here is a peek at the new Gucci Fall/Winter 2011 look book. Though lacking denim on the runway show, Gucci made up for it in their look book. They featured a few pieces this season, actually just one. A pair of perfectly fitting flares on the model.
The other pieces include some velvet trousers (love the black pair), wool trousers, leather and of course fur. What is Gucci without fur here or there? I do like the styling. It has a Rachel Zoe-esque feel to it. Put together with a boho vibe and glamour. I think the hats are amazing pieces. I love the gray color. You can check out some of the looks below.
Kanye West made an appearance at the CFDA Awards earlier this week. He was there to present the International Designer award to Celine’s Pheobe Philo. Pheobe well deserves this award. She has done an amazing job at the fashion house. Remember Kanye at Coachella.
Leave it to Kanye to push the boundaries and attend an awards ceremony in some jeans. He chose his favorite pair of jeans, his Balmain Homme distressed jeans. I remember the days when celebrities would not wear one item of clothing more than once. I’m glad that, that has changed. That is one thing that irks me. If you spend so much on an item. Why not put it to some use? There is no such thing as a dull day when it comes to choosing what to wear and working with what you have.
When I look at every new collection from Burberry from the past few seasons, I notice that it is getting cooler, younger an fresher each time. Christopher Bailey has transformed the brand from the usual, though not missing, trenches an smart gear from the previous collection into something fun.
For the Resort collection this year he kept the clothes lightweight and breezy. He featured a new print that I haven’t really seen used before an I find it amazing. It kind of reminds me of Fred Flintstone a bit. I also love the printed teal, blue, camel sweater. The colors are amazing and the print it just perfect. There were, of course, quite a few denim pieces featured for the men. Christopher had a few shirts, a pair of brown jeans, and some denim look jackets and jeans.
