The House of Holland Spring 2012 show walked at London Fashion Week and there was nothing less than excitement. Henry Holland shows looks that are so free-spirited and alive each season. There are always so much color and whimsical prints.
This collection though would have to be one of his most wearable. I think the collared dresses are adorable. My favorite piece from the collection would have to be the lavender button up with the pink sleeves and blue cuffs. It would look so amazing untucked with some shorts. Ohh…I miss writing about Kate Moss. I’m happy to hear that she made an appearance somewhere and in denim. She wore a double denim look by Mulberry while attending their Spring 2012 show at London Fashion Week. This is one of the rare times where double denim in the same shade actually works. I think if you are going to attempt the double denim look in the same shade, everything has to fit. I think that is what made this one work.
I also like how Kate accessorized this look as well. I think the gold necklaces, belt, and hat really pulled the look together. I think they also played a huge part in this outfit. Without them, I think it would have looked off. What do you think of this look? Would any of you readers attempt wearing the same shades in your double denim outfits?
Nicole Richie was caught on her way into the salon in West Hollywood, California. She wore her trusty black skinny jeans by JET. I really like that Nicole added some color to her look with the pink tee. The gray scarf is also a nice touch. I think this is a nice look for fall.
JET has come out with some great washes for Fall/Holiday. I cannot wait to see Nicole in some of them. Another style I would like to see Nicole in are the Army Green Skinny jeans that have been seen on Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. It would be nice to see her in some color. I have fallen for Phillip Lim since seeing his navy raglan tee with brown leather sleeves. He sure didn’t disappoint this season, it was just breathtaking to me. When I saw it I was just in awe. The clothing had such an ease to it, but was so well made…I just fell in love. Every look is just amazing, not a dull one in sight.
The new 3.1 Phillip Lim Spring 2012 collection featured looks that many women would love. I love the color palette. All the peaches, navy, black, white, and lavender were just perfect. There were so many looks, one after another that I just love. The black jumpsuit is just perfect, all the perfectly cut trousers, but the standout piece to me would have to be the pink and gray vest. It is lovely. I am also loving his reinterpretation of the varsity jacket. They are just so cool. You can click through the collection below.
