When I was looking at the new Fall Winter 2012 Erdem collection, I was wondering where all the floral and lace were, then they started popping up little by little. Erdem is a master with lace. I think he makes one of the best lace dresses in the business.
Blue seems to be a popular color choice this season. Many designers have shown many different shades of the color throughout the past few weeks. Erdem was not an exception. He showed lots of great variations of the color throughout his collection. You can see all of the looks in the gallery below.
I look forward to the Peter Pilotto prints each season. I love how bold they are and they once again didn’t disappoint me with the prints in the Fall/Winter 2012 collection. For this season, the show started of with the aquatic inspired prints and gradually went to florals.
The blues are so great, as they always are each season. I also think they have one of the best tailoring in the business, being that they show in London it is no surprise that they do. I also think it is great that they paired some looks with puffer jackets/vests. That added piece makes the looks more approachable in my opinion.
Poppy isn’t the only Delevingne that is getting recognition. Little sister Cara Delevingne is making a name for herself as well. She posed for some photos backstage at the Burberry show (she is the face of the fashion house) in London, England. She wore a pair of the Rag & Bone Tuxedo jeans in Khaki. I love these jeans. I am really liking the tuxedo trend that has hit the stores.
After seeing these on Cara, it really makes me want to try out the Khaki Tuxedo jeans. I have been thinking about getting their Tuxedo Zip-Capri jeans in Midnight, but now I have become more partial to getting these. You can click here to purchase these jeans at Shopbop for $198.
Alessandra Ambrosio was spotted out and about with her family in Santa Monica, California. It looks like her belly got too big for regular jeans now. She wore a pair of Mama J by J Brand 3401 Maternity Leggings in Starless with some Isabel Marant Bekket Sneakers.
I really like this look. I find it to be one of the best casual looks. I am also growing really fond of J Brand’s Starless wash. At first I didn’t think much of it, but the wash has really grown on me. I find it not to be just a boring clean blue wash. There is something more to it that I cannot pinpoint. You can click here to purchase these jeans from J Brand’s website for $198.
