London’s second calling of Sienna Miller, Poppy Delevingne, attended the Matthew William Show during London Fashion Week in London, England. She wore a pair of the Paige Verdugo Leggings in Scarlet. This is the second time we have spotted Poppy in these. I would like to see her wear the Paige Roxbury in Pomodoro. I love the cropped style of those. I also like that they have a stronger red tone.
I do like the pairing of the colors together. It makes me think of both Christmas and an African Safari, ironically, at the same time. It strongly has to do with the combination of the print with the color of these jeans. You can click here to purchase these jeans from the Paige website for $179.
Paris Fashion Week is the best Fashion Week of all of Fashion Month each season. The designers that show in the fashion capital are not scared to take risks, but take them in a chic way. You can always find something in each collection that will make you lust over it.
The new Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Dries Van Noten was not an exception. The prints were amazing, the color palette was perfection and the silhouettes are sure to be favored among many ladies. They were feminine and structured. I think those are the two key details that every woman looks for in their clothing. You can click through the collection below.
Can Balenciaga get any cooler? It probably can as it does each season. Balenciaga is another brand that I have to look at the detail first before the actual look. The cuts, the texture, and the inspiration is always unique.
For this season it was inspired by something that doesn’t actually exist, well sort of, Balenciaga Inc. Nicolas Ghesquière came up with the concept of Balenciaga being a company in the 80′s and these being their uniforms. I think if this company was actual life, this would definitely be uniforms. It has that same drama in the clothing that was very relevant in that era. I can see Christina Applegate’s character in Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead swooning over these pieces. You can see the collection below.
The new Fall/Winter 2012 Balmain collection walked in Paris, France for Paris Fashion Week. For this season the collection was inspired by Elizabeth Taylor’s personal jewelery collection. The clothing came in rich hues and had the classic intricate detail that is true to the fashion house.
When I look at the details, it is just amazing. The etched velvet, the beading, the knit, quilting, and tailoring. That is one thing this fashion house will never get wrong. You can see the collection below.
