Theyskens’ Theory just got more amazing this season. I love that they went back to their classic angled shots for their photos. I also love that there are double shots of the girls this season and that the photos have somewhat of a “Glam Rock” aesthetic to them (not clothing).
The clothing was classic Theyskens’ Theory. It had comfort and minimalism that has been featured each season. Unlike the past seasons, this one was color-less. Just about every piece would make anyone who is into well tailored minimalist happy to wear them to a concert. I died when I saw those leather trousers above. They are just perfect. The collection also had cords (shorts and pants) and of course denim. There is also a tank and leather dress that many girls will just swoon over. Overall, Theykens’ Theory just got better. I cannot wait to see Fall after seeing this one. You can see many of the looks from the collection below.
Joe’s Jeans have come out with these new lace-up shorts for Spring. They will come in an array of colors. The lace-up trend is growing more and many brands have jumped on the bandwagon with the detail. The length of these is right on trend for Spring. I never thought this will be back, but the trend was all over the shows of Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton and more. It also seems to have also hit the hearts of denim brands as well.
I like these shorts (namely due to the fact that I live in my own land of wheat fields and unicorns). I think they would look great with a loose tee and sandals or dressed up with some ankle boots for a day out. My favorite would have to be the yellow. I would like to see someone like Ashley Tisdale wear these. What do you readers think of these trends together? You can click here to pre-order the red and yellow from the Planet Blue website.
Oh to pull out an old pair of worn out jeans. That probably has to be one of the best feelings. One, being that they are aged so much they are super soft and two, that they still fit.
Emma Roberts was caught in her very old pair of Genetic Denim jeans once again out and about in Los Angeles, California. She paired the jeans with the Textile Elizabeth and James Johnny Tee. I think she looks nice and comfortable here. Just a great outfit to peruse through the city.

She wore a pair of the Leather pants, the Leggings in the Feather print and Shoreditch washes. As well as the Skinnies in Wine and Burnt Orange. She paired all their jeans with their classic shirts (that striped tank above is my favorite), and their jackets, like the McCauley Jacket in Ivory and their ever perfect Varsity Jacket in Navy.
