Elizabeth Olsen attended the Chanel Couture show in Paris, California. She paired a jacket and jeans from Chanel with some Christian Louboutin ankle boots. This look is just perfect. It probably has to be one of my favorites this year so far. The proportions of everything just work really well with each other.
I love these jeans. I like that they look like burnt out suede. I have been waiting for someone to wear them in a photo shoot or to an event because I doubt that anyone would shell out for them to wear on the streets.
J Brand has found a new love…and it is zippers. They released yet another pair of with one of my favorite details ever, the Nikko. I love all the new names that they are coming out with for their jeans this season. I am so used to seeing just numbers like the 910 and 912, but the names are quite a refreshing take by J Brand.
The Nikko is a super skinny style that has velvet panelings at both the hip and the inner legs. I actually think this style is a great one. I think that it would look great in many color combinations. I will admit that this one is not my favorite color combo. For some odd reason it makes me think of Cruella deVille even though they are a blush tone not grey/silver. I am just having one of those weird brain moments. Other than that, I like how the velvet adds texture to the look. What do you think of them? You can click here to purchase these jeans at the J Brand website for $255.
Yay! Our first Kate Moss sighting for the year. She posed for some photos at the MANGO press conference in London, England. She wore a head to toe MANGO look, including her jeans. I think these jeans fit her amazing. It is nice to see her not in a cropped style.
I also think this whole look is great. It is classic Kate, yet it has a fresh look to it. I think it may be the styling of her hair. She kind of reminds me of Cameron Diaz here actually. Also, I never heard a brand hold a press conference to name the new face of their brand. But hey… If you got Kate Moss to be the face, why not hold a press conference?
I love Marni! I cannot say how much. Every time I see a sweater by them I am just in awe. They make such quirky printed sweaters that I just love. I cannot wait for the H&M collaboration to come out. The sweaters are just to die for.
The Fall 2012 men’s collection had the classic Marni minimal quirkiness. The quirks were in the prints as usual. There was paneling, hamster fur scarves and jackets. It’s all just amazing. I would want every single piece. You can check out the collection below.
