Minka Kelly attended the Marquee opening in Sydney, Australia. She wore some flower printed Dolce & Gabbana jeans with a J Brand RTW Baez Leather Tee. I just cannot find anything wrong with this look. The fit of everything is just perfect on Minka.
The the juxtaposition of it is just perfect. I never would have thought that a leather tee would work with a pair of floral print jeans, but it does. I also really like the print of the jeans. The print looks like they were hand painted with water colors. Unfortunately these jeans are sold out, but you can click here to purchase the shirt from J Brand’s website for $795 and here for a pair of J Brand floral jeans if you are looking to emulate this look.
Here is the new men’s Spring 2012 collection by Insight. Like the women’s, this one has some great pieces. The printed jeans above and the short sleeve denim shirt would have to be my favorite pieces. There are also some really great washes. The light washed blue is just amazing. I also think the colored pairs are great, especially the purple.
I really do think Insight makes really nice pieces. I have, and still wear religiously, a denim shirt by them that I got a few years ago. I also have a few tanks and tees that I really covet. They have really great graphics on them. This is definitely a brand that I think you readers should try out if you haven’t yet. You can click through the look book below.
Here is the new women’s Spring 2012 Insight collection. There are some really great unique pieces this season. They have every trend covered for any girl’s personal style. There is piecing, distressed, colored, boyfriend, jackets, and more.
My favorite piece by far would have to be the embroidered jacket above. It is just asking to be seen on Kate Bosworth and the pairing with the pink jeans is just perfect. Another great piece that is amazing is those water colored/marbleized jeans. The print is just really nice. I also love the styling. I’ve been waiting to see those Balenciaga cut-out boots again for quite some time now and seeing it here is just great. You can see the full look book below.
Dave Franco was spotted on the set of his movie Now You See Me in Manhattan, New York. He wore a pair of Diesel jeans for the taping. This is one of those cases when I wonder if these jeans are part of his personal closet or are part of the movie wardrobe. They look like something he would wear himself.
I have only seen Dave in one film, Charlie St. Cloud. I know that he is in 21 Jump Street and he has quite a few coming out as well. Compared to his brother (James Franco) and going by his resume, he is more comedic than his brother. Then again, James had great comedic timing in Pineapple Express. You can click here to purchase Diesel jeans at Ssense.
