Pop singer Ke$ha takes over the Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Beach in Las Vegas. Ke$ha was in Las Vegas to open for Rihanna’s Last Girl on Earth tour. Ke$ha showed off her painted forearms, which were painted with a white zig-zag pattern.
She also showed off her tie-dyed Camilla cut offs in Fascination by Siwy Denim. She paired her shorts with a lace bathing suit (or maybe it’s a tank top?). I really like the wash on these shorts. It reminds me of J Brand’s Zombie wash or Current/Elliott’s cloud wash. I like how much contrast the black and white show and I think the shorts are perfect because it can get too overwhelming on pants. Buy these shorts at Singer22 for $168.
Marcia Cross hosts an event for Mott’s Medleys and the non-profit KaBoom. As a spokeswoman for Mott’s, Marcia spent the day handing out Mott’s juice and painting. The project aimed to build a playground for the LeRoy Haynes Center in California.
Marcia wore a pair of Anlo’s Cassie denim leggings, she selected the dark blue wash, Azure. She paired her leggings with a flowy floral shirt and crochet sandals by Elizabeth and James. I love these sandals and think they look so good paired with the jeans. Marcia looked very put together but her outfit seemed comfortable enough that she could still actively participate in the building. It’s always great to see celebs doing hands on work!
It seems like it’s been a long time since we’ve heard anything from Sheryl Crow! She was snapped in London wearing this perfectly distressed denim jacket. I think it’s a great reflection of her easy going, vintage style and I love how she paired it with the bright maxi-dress.
Sheryl is in London promoting her 7th Album, “100 miles from Memphis”. She’ll also be performing songs from her album at Lilith Fair then heading out on tour. Sheryl recently adopted another son, Levi. Perhaps she’ll bring the boys on the road with her for her tour!
Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio does some shopping along Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles. Alessandra looked laid back in a pair of AG Adriano Goldschmied cargo pants, like the pair that Kate Bosworth wore last week. The cargo’s are AG’s slim fit cargo pant in Fatigue Green.
As I’ve mentioned previously, the cargo trend is still going strong and tons of brands are debuting cargo styles. Styles are available at almost every price point. There is the original, J Brand Houlihan, which has even been reworked in a sateen fabric for a dressier look. You can also check out styles by Siwy and 7 For All Mankind, which offer great alternatives.
