Rag & Bone Fit 1 Jeans in Doheny
Spring is almost upon us which means there’s plenty new jeans around for you to add to your wardrobe. Guys, I selected 10 jeans which I think will be perfect for the warmer months, some in lighter washes, some in grey, some with distressing and some dark classics, all with one thing in mind: fit. If you get the fit of your jeans right then the pairing with shoes and a t-shirt for the hot weather couldn’t be easier. So carry on reading to find out which jeans I have chosen for Spring 2016.
Above I went with the Rag & Bone Fit 1 jeans as these are one of the brands skinniest fits that they have, in a gorgeous blue, whiskered wash which would look great with a white t-shirt and sneakers. You can either wear them with a little cuff at the ankles or keep them stacked, but one thing is certain and that’s the fact that they fit and look amazing. I definitely recommend these jeans for all year round, not just Spring.
Pierre Balmain Patch Jeans in Grey
Next is a classic moto or patched style jean in grey from Pierre Balmain. They are a more modern take on the biker pant trend with a lot of detailing which looks unique. I imagine these will be ideal for casual wear when you are out during the day.
Citizens of Humanity Bowery Pure Slim Jeans in Rogue
Every one (guy or girl) needs a pair of light blue slim fitting jeans for the warmer weather and the wash on these Citizens of Humanity jeans looks perfect for that. These will look good paired with t-shirts and sneakers or with sweaters in the evening. They are extremely versatile.
A GOLD E Skinny Jeans in Bedford
A classic grey wash is always something you need in your denim wardrobe, but I love that these have rips in the knees to make them that much more casual. A GOLD E did a great job at making these a fantastic pair of jeans for skate boarding or messing about on the weekends.
Nudie Grim Tim Jeans in Bright Dawn
Who doesn’t love a pair of Nudie jeans in their jeans collection? The Grim Tim is a great skinny fit and this Bright Dawn wash looks authentic, worn in and used, which is what the brand often go for. If you don’t fancy breaking in a pair of their raw denim, going for a wash they have created will be a good option.
Scotch & Soda Sundrench Stretch Jeans in Denim Blue
If the other light wash jeans were not light enough, these Scotch & Soda jeans are bright bleach blue, which will work not only in keeping you cool with the sun beating down, but the almost white wash is Summer appropriate in every sense. Just looking at these makes me feel cooler already.
Levi’s Made & Crafted Tack Slim Fit Jeans in Operator
A mid blue, classic pair of Levi’s slim fitting jeans has to be a go to for almost everyone. Usually some of the washes can be hit or miss and some might be too vintage looking, so I went for the Operator wash from their Made & Crafted line. I think these are great for a smarter look.
Ksubi Van Winkle Skinny Jeans in Worn Grey
Grey can always be smart as well, you don’t have to wear dark indigo jeans for a smart look anymore. A clean pair like this Ksubi Van Winkle jean will be perfect with shirts and shoes, but you can dress them down with hoodys too since grey is extremely versatile in many ways.
J Brand Mick Skinny Jeans in Reed
Some of the mid to dark blue washes here might not be ideal for you, but these J Brand Mick Jeans in Reed might be. They mix some sandy and green undertones with the blue with a great amount of fading and whiskering, which I think works so well with everything. A perfect staple for Spring.
Citizens of Humanity Premium Vintage Holden Hybrid Slim Jeans in Presidio
Finally we have a pair of Citizens of Humanity jeans from the Premium Vintage collection. Perhaps a strong blue or a green blue isn’t what you are looking for and you want something with sandy/beige undertones which gives them that worn in, lived in feel. These are perfect for that! Which pair do you like?
