LOOK BOOK: WeSC Spring Summer 2015

WeSC is now on its 15th year and the Spring 2015 Collection is a celebration of coming of age, honouring the brands history and heritage by paying tribute to its hometown, Stockholm, and its native Sweden. Here you can see all of the denim images from the brands new Spring Summer 2015 Look Book.

Attention to detail, premium materials and supreme fit are keywords for this season, showcasing the first complete collections of new designers Natalia Altewai, Randa Saome and Mattias Sahlin. The Women’s Collection for Spring 2015 is heavily influenced by WeSC history; the Icon, the street sense and a certain casual feeling is very present. The inspiration comes from modern street lifestyle, how women live today, and how they interpret and express themselves in the street.

The different features introduced in the Women’s Fall ’14 Capsule are further explored, neoprene-like materials accentuate volume and provide a cool expression, while light, draping materials and knits give a softer, more casual look. Muted pastels signal summer, and combined with black, navy and dark green accents, also a feminine assertiveness essential for the WeSC woman.

The color palette for Men’s Spring ÔÇÿ15 is heavy on the blues, celebrating the king of colors; Indigo. A splash of muted reds add color, as well as some soft washed-out yellows and greens. The graphics focus on Swedish flora and fauna, infused with highly symbolic flatbed mopeds and classic Volvo cars.

One of the key prints this season, The Sarek Hawaii, gets its name from one of the oldest National Parks in Europe, the Sarek National Park, located in Swedish Lapland – welcome to Sweden – home of the Superlative Conspiracy. The collection will be available in more than 25 countries globally and at wesc.com
