For this weeks weekend going out look, I wanted to show how you can actually transition the same pair of jeans from day to night. I chose these Seafarer Penelope Flare Jeans in Rinse as they had a really classic wash and a nice clean cut.
For the day time look, which is more casual and comfy, I chose a Wildfox Fox Sweater and a Victoria Beckham Liberty Tote to go with the blue and orange colour scheme. I think this would be such an easy look for daytime shopping and lunch, just throw on some wedges under the flares and you are all set.
For the evening look, I switched out the sweater in favour of this Topshop Red Heart Shirt, it’s much like the famous Burberry one, but a bit more vibrant. I chose a Vivienne Westwood Private Envelope Clutch to match as well. I would add some statement jewellery to this outfit in the form of bracelets and rings and for the shoes, I would put some heels on.
I usually end up styling skinny jeans, so I thought it would make a nice change to do some flares instead. Which look do you prefer? And how many of you like to just change your tops and accessories, while keeping your jeans on, to create a different style?
