3 Ways to Wear the Mother Looker in Patched Spellbound in Seattle

I thought the new Mother Looker Denim in Patched Spellbound in Seattle were such a fun pair. A great update from the classic patched styles that we have been seeing and something I can see the denim market moving to. They are definitely a pair that will make even the most classic looks with the usual blue jeans get a second take by onlookers.

This look is is the most classic of the three. You can never go wrong with a pair of blue jeans and a white t shirt with some brown boots. It is a go to look for many women, but with these jeans the look becomes something more. I paired them with a t shirt by T by Alexander Wang, a bag by Chanel, classic wayfarers by Ray-ban and the new Ora boots by 3.1 Phillip Lim. When I first saw these jeans, I instantly thought of pairing them with these boots. They are a great shade that really pairs well with the wash as well as the patches.

This is the quintessential masculine meets feminine cold weather look. I wanted to keep the colors of everything black and grey to keep the jeans the main focus. This Alexander Wang coat is a great one that enhances whatever it is paired with and looks great when paired over a hoodie, like this one from Topshop. I then kept finished the look off with a belt by Isabel Marant and toughened the look up more with some boots by Pierre Hardy.

When I think of the patches of these jeans, a varsity jacket with similar ones comes to mind. So why not pair it with one, like this one here by Lulu & Co? I then continued on with the tomboy feel by pairing it with a slouchy t shirt by T by Alexander Wang, a beanie from Topshop and some green suede Supergas to add some color.

– So whether you want an update of your style or just like to have fun with your clothes, these jeans will add that extra something more without straying too far from that classic feel. What do you think of them?
