When I was in London earlier this year attending the press days, another collection that I saw was the Autumn/Winter 2013 styles from Ksubi. They had different denim pieces throughout the entire collection, including quilted denim jackets, embroidered halter necks, flared jeans with print on them, some amazing denim jackets and shirts with gorgeous washes, their classic denim shorts and of course their jeans. One of the skinny jeans that I loved had distressing at the knees with paisley print beneath it, which I really liked. They also had primary red skinny jeans and shirting as well as a lighter blue jean with metallic silver swirls on and a moto inspired denim vest.
One thing I absolutely love about Ksubi is the fact that they are never afraid to take risks and break the boundaries. They venture into territories for denim that are not usually known, like the halterneck denim top just below. In reality, if someone mentioned a denim halterneck to me, I would be a bit hesitant about it, but after seeing this one from Ksubi, it looks really classy and would look amazing combined with dark wash skinny jeans and heels. I’m not so sure on the printed bold flares, they are too ‘out there’ for me, but I admire the brands courage in doing them. What do you all think about Ksubi? Are you a fan of the brand? You can see the styles in the gallery below.
