Katie Holmes was spotted braving the cold after a meeting in New York. I wonder if she is doing prep for the presentation of her new Holmes & Yang line? She wore a pair of Mother Looker Skinny Jeans in Skinny Dipping with a pair of Rag & Bone Newbury boots and a fitted blazer.
