2 Ways to Wear the Joe’s Jeans Brixton in King

It’s been a while since I styled a pair of jeans for the men. For this post I chose the Joe’s Brixton in King because they are a classic blue wash and a fit that are favored by many men already. Being that it is Winter, I wanted to keep everything monochromatic. I chose a navy color scheme instead of the usual black and grey that is seen often, but there is a hint of color in the second look. See both looks below.

This is probably the equivalent to the all black look, but in navy. I also wanted to play around with denim quite a bit and up’d the denim factor by making it a triple denim look. I paired the jeans with a Diesel Black Gold shirt, Diesel Belt, Vintage Shoe Company boots, Jean.Machine jacket, and Rag & Bone cardigan. To keep the look from looking one note and a bit depressing, I added a brown belt and boots to break up all the dark blue.

I added a bit of color to this look with the Henrik Vibskov sweater, but the navy color scheme is still present throughout. The jeans are styled with the same boots as above and a coat by Lardini. I always say a look with a coat is only as good as what is underneath. You are not going to wear a coat all day, so you need something that will still make you look great without it. I find this sweater does just that when it is paired with a simple pair of jeans.

So how many of you are going to choose navy over the usual blacks and greys this season?
