Hilary Duff was pictured while running some errands in Los Angeles, California last week while wearing her J Brand 811 Skinny Jeans in Heirloom with a printed t-shirt and ankle boots.

I’ve noticed that Hilary has worn jeans cuffed quite a few times now and I’m guessing she prefers the cuffed look to getting them hemmed.
