Nicky Hilton in James Jeans Twiggy Leggings in Slate

Nicky Hilton was snapped while heading into Fred Segal to do some shopping. Nicky wore her James Jeans Twiggy Leggings in Slate with a plaid jacket and Tory Burch fox head loafers.
