Holiday Denim Gift Buying Ideas

Since the holidays are right around the corner, it doesn’t leave that much time to do your gift shopping. I like to start early myself, so I only have a couple of things left to buy, but for those of you who may be purchasing gifts for anyone who loves denim, then I have selected a few things that could be perfect!

I’ve included trends of the moment, festive colours and warm jackets as well as denim wallets, iPhone cases, shoes and more! Everything in this list is made from denim, so I hope you like them! It was quite tough searching around for so many denim orientated gifts out there. Happy holidays in advance!

Metallics are a huge trend right now and they are absolutely perfect for this time of year! Every time I think of gold and silver, it reminds me of decorations and party outfits. I selected 4 different colours and styles above, out of the many options available. I think metallics are going to be perfect for the holidays and especially the new year! So you could either get a pair for yourself to wear to the festive parties, or give a pair as a gift to someone who can wear them at new year! In order from left to right is:

1 – Washborn Skinny Coated Jeans in Gold for $97.
2 – 7 For All Mankind Liquid Metallic Skinny Jeans in Copper on SALE for $118.80.
3 – J Brand Super Skinny Jeans in Coated Metallic Gold on SALE for $166.60.
4 – Joe’s Jeans Coated Skinny Jeans in Silver for $189.

Festive Colours

When I think of this time of year, two other colours that spring to mind are red and green. They are the colours of beautiful Holly leaves and berries, Christmas trees with decorations and of course, not forgetting the outfits of Santa and his Elves! So I think red and green play a huge part in the holiday season colours. I included some variations of the colours above, so not every one of them is bright green and red, there are muted wearable shades of green and deeper shades of red and burgundy. From left to right is:

1 – Koral Los Angeles Skinny Jeans in Merlot for $170.
2 – AG Adriano Goldschmied Super Skinny Ankle Leggings in Sulfur Spruce for $168.
3 – Rag & Bone The Skinny jeans in Wine for $165.
4 – Free People Millennium Coloured Skinny Jeans in Turquoise for $68.

Fleece Denim Jackets

Something I am very fond of this time of year is denim jackets lined with shearling or fleece. These aren’t just for the ladies either, I have included a male option as well (3). I left out the guys for the metallic, red and green jeans as I think they might be a little too much for most, but men can definitely wear the denim jacket with fleece and look great. I sometimes even think they look better on guys than they do on the ladies. But, these will be great for keeping you or your friends warm during the freezing cold weather! From top to bottom and left to right is:

1 – Topshop Moto Borg Denim Biker Jacket in Indigo for ┬ú65.
2 – Topshop Moto Vintage Borg Denim Western Jacket in Mid Stone for ┬ú55.
3 – River Island Blue Shearling Detachable Collar Denim Jacket for ┬ú50.
4 – Topshop Moto Borg Western Denim Jacket in Black for ┬ú55.

Little Things

If clothing isn’t really something you want to purchase and you are looking for little gift ideas or something different, then some of these could be inspiring. I’ve found denim hidden heel sneakers, back packs and cosmetic cases for the ladies and denim wallets and iPhone cases for the guys! Although, I myself have a denim iPhone case so those can definitely be unisex! Sometimes I think you need some smaller gifts, or something not as classic as a pair of jeans to keep you entertained! So in order from top to bottom and left to right is:

1 – Topshop Acid Wash Trim Back Pack for ┬ú35.
2 – WANT Les Essentiels De La Vie Newberry Denim Iphone Flip Case for $95.
3 – Bape’s Selvage Denim Wallet for $204.
4 – Gucci Blue Denim GG Print Large Cosmetic Bag for ┬ú159.
5 – Isabel Marant Balesi Velcro Denim Sneaker for $640.
6 – M&S Co Selvedge Denim iPhone Sleeve for $28.
7 – Ash Suede & Canvas Wedge Sneaker in Denim for $195.
