Styling Nudie Tight Long John Jeans For SSENSE For The Guys

For this months styling post for SSENSE, I wanted to change it around and do something for the guys. I usually style a lot of ladies looks, but I love men’s fashion just as much as I do women’s, so I had fun creating this casual look around a pair of Nudie Tight Long John jeans. I chose these jeans for the base of the outfit as they are such a classic raw denim colour which goes with anything and Nudie always provide a great fit, in my opinion.

I decided to pair the jeans with a Marc by Marc Jacobs Heather Grey Leather Trimmed Thompson Sweatshirt, some Common Project Low Tops in Burgundy, a Neil Barrett Burgundy Wool Knit Beanie and a Maison Martin Margiela Brass Spiral Ring.

Burgundy is always my favourite colour for Winter and I think it looks just as good on men as it does on women, if not better, so that’s why I added some colour to the look with the sneakers and beanie. The sweatshirt is also another favourite of mine, when I saw it I could definitely envision many outfits as it’s such a simple yet beautiful piece of clothing. Grey marl is very versatile and I think the black leather detailing makes it that little bit more structured so it looks more smart than casual. I added the ring in just as a finishing touch, but I know male jewellery is great for some and not for others, so of course it’s optional. Would you wear a look like this?
