Haylie Duff in a Denim Vest

Haylie Duff was seen out walking her dogs, Birdie and Chihuahua-pug mix Kennedy, near her home in Toluca Lake in Los Angeles, California last week.

Haylie wore a sleeveless denim jacket/denim vest over a white tank top and grey marl maxi skirt. We don’t actually get that many sightings of Haylie anymore, it’s usually only her sister Hilary that we see out.
