1 Pair Of Bleulab Jeans Styled 2 Different Ways + Denim Review

I wanted to do something a little different for this weeks denim review and with these jeans, I got to! I got sent the Bleulab Detour Skinny jeans in Martinique by the brand to review and I thought I would show their versatility by styling them 2 different ways as well as reviewing them.
I did review a pair of Bleulab jeans last year, but those were a coated pair while these are not coated at all. I didn’t get on very well with the coated skinnies last time because I could only wear them with the coated side on the outside, having it inside out with it touching my skin was really really itchy and I couldn’t cope with the sensation, so they didn’t really work as a reversible jean for me. These do though! They are just as comfy either way out and I love that!
This Martinique wash is really good for all year round! I wanted to show that in a way where I styled the light blue with a summer outfit and the dark blue with a more autumn/winter outfit. These are definitely a pair you can take through any season for many years. My favourite side is the light blue as I love the fading down the front of the legs, the subtle whiskering at the lap area and just the bright blue intense colour all around. I definitely prefer it to the dark blue side. It is useful to have the dark side though, it comes in handy when you need to dress up and when a lighter blue denim is not as appropriate as dark blue for whatever occasion you are attending. I love the fact you literally get 2 different pairs of jeans in one with these, it’s half the luggage and half the space!
The fit of these is wonderful! They are one of the most stretchiest jeans I own, but the denim is thick too so they are really comfortable and feel durable. I took a 27 in these which is my usual size so I would say they are true to size, however when you hold them up, they look really tiny, but with the amount of stretch in them, they expand well. The back pockets are nice as you can see and they are super skinny all the way down. The one thing that distinguishes Bleulab from other brands though is the thick inseams and outerseams. I would prefer them to be a little more subtle, but I’m not sure if that’s possible due to the reversing.
For the details of Bleulab, I mentioned before that the zipper flips all the way around and the button is double sided. But you can see my video of those parts of the jeans by clicking here, so you can see what I mean. They are the same on each pair of Bleulab jeans, so even though that wash is different to this one, it’s exactly the same concept. But I would definitely recommend that you get a pair of Bleulab jeans if you can! They are so comfortable, perfect for travelling and wearing for long hours and you get 2 pairs of jeans in one! So essentially, for the price, you are getting a great deal and the way they work is amazing! Have you tried Bleulab yet? They are one of my favourite brands! I get excited when I think about them and how simple/easy the idea behind it is, but so cool at the same time! Buy these jeans online here at RevolveClothing.com.

i like the outerseams; the look of them anyway. The high-lows in the wash shows here, makes them more interesting then a normal 5 pocket!
Yeah they are definitely more interesting than a normal 5 pocket, I really love Bleulab!
