Izabel Goulart was spotted after walking the Animale fashion show in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She wore a pair of Rag & Bone Leggings in Neon Pink with some studded Valentino heels.

Rag & Bone is one of the brands that got neon right this season. They are literally glow in the dark. Out of the neons that they have available, my favorites would have to be the Neon Lime and the ripped Neon Pink. I find them to be very versatile, yet still bold enough to stand out amongst the rest.
