Kim Kardashian covers her face as she was seen leaving LaserAway after an appointment. Kim later met up with sister, Kourtney, to visit their grandmother at the Armenian Ararat Home for the Aging. The entire Kardashian/Jenner family was later spotted attending Easter Church services together.
