Hi Ally, maybe try the same size in this wash as your J Brand’s, but that’s if you are getting this wash, some other James Jeans washes run differently. The inseam length is great on these, I love it! And I’m glad you love DenimBlog!

Just stumbled upon your website and I love it!
What size/model would you recommend I got? I usually wear Jbrand 811 and 901 and my size is 25. I’m only 5’4 so a 29 inseam is perfect for me.

I really like the back pockets, they are shaped different, they are more angular and the sides of the pockets are not straight now, but I find them really flattering. Have you seen them on the James Jeans website or on the Shopbop model? They look really nice! They don’t feel anything like the gummys though, those are thin and like leggings, these are much thicker and the gummy pockets are tonnes different. They do have the same super skinny look though!

The painted on fit looks incredible on you from all angles but not too sure about the back pockets…something about their shape or placement. The fit looks as nice as the gummy indigo pair from 7FAM you reviewed a while back.

Claire I haven’t seen them available here yet, however they are on Shopbop and they ship to us here in the UK for free, it’s 2-3 day express delivery for free, and you can pay your customs at the checkout, which is what I usually do, so you don’t have to worry about them getting caught up in customs!
