Miley Cyrus in Levi’s

Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were seen having dinner together at Casa Vega. The two held hands as they made their way into the restaurant. I wonder when Liam is going to start doing publicity for the Hunger Games film, is anyone else excited for the movie to premier?

It seems like Miley’s favorite jeans these days are her Levi’s cut off shorts. This time she wore them layered over a pair of black tights with cowboy boots. It’s been a while since we’ve seen shorts over tights, this outfit looks very much like something Nicole Richie would wear! I thought these pictures were of Nicole at first glance.
