Natalie Portman in MiH

Spotted out with baby Aleph, Natalie Portman and her fiance Benjamin Millepied were seen heading into a doctor’s office. True to her word about laying low for a while, Natalie has been keeping a low profile and taking time off since the birth of her son.

Her style has always been pretty relaxed but I think her outfit here is a great casual outfit. She wore a pair of MiH jeans, Converse sneakers and a button up sweater. This is the first time we’ve spotted Natalie in MiH, she definitely seemed to get more into designer denim during her pregnancy when she wore pairs by Paige Premium and J Brand.
