Katie Holmes and her husband, Tom Cruise, were seen leaving their New York City apartment and heading out to dinner. The couple has been in town celebrating Katie’s 33rd birthday. The family, along with Katie’s parents, were seen having dinner at Buddakkan for the celebration.
