It’s that time of year where the office party is coming up, or holiday parties in general, and you are wondering what to wear. During the Winter months, some of you wont want to wear a dress as it’s too cold, so why not opt for a pair of jeans? Jeans are becoming more and more versatile by the day and they are the most popular choice of bottoms. I have put together a list of my 5 favourites and each are different. You can see the choices below.
J Brand 901 Leggings in Starless.
These are one of my absolute favourites! They are dark, clean and classic! The 901 Leggings are also incredibly comfortable so you don’t have to worry about feeling restricted in these. The Starless wash also has a gorgeous sheen to it. Since these are so dark and skinny, they would work with just about anything! I think paired with a blazer and killer heels would look the best!
J Brand 901 Leggings in Coated Red.
These are also a pair that I am in love with! Again, they are the 901 Leggings, so super comfortable, but they are a beautiful red. The best part is that they are waxed so they shine, almost like you might be wearing leather. That’s what makes these jeans so special. At the Donna Ida Denim Clinic I styled these quite a few ways, but my favourite way was with a leather style biker jacket, a leopard print scarf and some heels. I think you can’t go wrong with that look! The colours work so well together.
Current/Elliott The Stiletto Skinny in Grey Leopard.
Why not have some fun with your denim as well? Leopard print is huge at the moment and my favourite pair of jeans with the print is still the Current/Elliott ones above. I think they are subtle enough to wear with confidence as the print is all grey. You can feel great in them while still having a stand out pair of jeans. So many celebs have worn this pair and I think the best outfits are the monochrome style ones so keeping it to a black, white and grey colour palette works best.
AG Adriano Goldschmied The Legging in Leatherette Black.
Another huge trend of the moment is leather! Leather pants are really expensive though so luckily there are some cheaper faux options out there, much like these AG Jeans. They are faux leather but they look just like the real thing. I think they are gorgeous and obviously AG Jeans have an amazing fit. I would go down the route of pairing these with a leopard print shirt and heels, but if that’s too bold for you, you can try a simple one colour blouse with some high heels.
The Lou Lou is Paige’s best skinny flare jean to date and it really is slimming in the thighs. It’s a sexy flare and it does make you feel feminine, it doesn’t make you feel swamped or hide your body shape, it only enhances it. I chose the Lorna/my wash in this cut because it is a versatile wash. The dark colour means it can work with so many clothes, but combined with the cut I find it to be really slimming. If you don’t like skinny jeans then flares are a good way to go! I would recommend wearing these with a blazer and some high heels or wedges, but make sure the flare covers the shoes so your legs look super long! Unless you have long legs already then you can pair them with flats like Cindy Crawford wore these.
