Chanel Spring 2012

Another French fashion house that was inspired by the sea this season was Chanel. The brand that many lust over. This season some looks were airy and others were structured. Karl Lagerfeld also featured some looks that were worthy of his couture collection with all the detailing that was featured in them.

The detailing this season mimicked the the grooves and the natural beauty of the color that that they have. That didn’t mean he left the blues out either. There were looks that had marine blue incorporated. What is a marine theme without blue? It also had classic Chanel pieces in the classic Chanel fabric, tweed. The detailing didn’t just end in the clothing itself either. The shoes featured an urchin shell as the heel.
