Vanessa Hudgens was seen talking on her cell phone while smiling and laughing as she stopped at a gas station in Studio City in Los Angeles, California yesterday.

Vanessa was wearing her One Teaspoon denim shorts but she paired them with knee high buckle boots and a printed t-shirt. I love the t-shirt and the shorts together but I am unsure on the boots. I feel like they are too heavy for the look maybe? It also looks like Vanessa is a bit slimmer than she was while filming a few months ago.
