Katie Holmes was looking very happy and chatting away on her cell phone while walking through Soho in New York City a couple of days ago. She stopped for a moment to pay attention to the call.

Katie was wearing a pair of Madewell Demi Midi shorts in Sand Dune with a two tone pink shirt and her Isabel Marant boots. I have to say that Katie’s fashion sense is really coming back! For a while her style was quite plain and I didn’t like any of the outfits she wore or the fits of her clothes but she’s really stepped up her looks lately! I love this one!
