Here are the contest Details:

Dates: This contest will run from 9/21/11 to 9/28/11 and will close at 11:59pm.
Entries: Only one entry is considered per person.
Eligibility: This is open to U.S. residents only. You must have a physical shipping address.
How we determine the winner: All entries will be taken from our Facebook page and entered into a spreadsheet. We will verify the polling and Facebook “likes,” to make sure that all entries are eligible. All eligible entries will be transferred to Random.org’s List Randomizer to generate a fair drawing of winners. The first two names that populate on the randomized list will be our first and second place winners.
Prizes: The wash of the jeans will be based on James Jeans’ availability.
Shipping: James Jeans will work with our winners to arrange for size and shipping.
Rules: All contest rules & regulations of your state apply.
