Burberry Spring 2012

Can Christopher Bailey ever send down a Burberry collection that is less than immaculate? Probably never and I hope he never does. I die each season when I see the Burberry collections and the Spring 2012 is no different. The inspiration of the Nordic Fisherman carried over from the Resort collection to Spring. It was heavy in rope (not actual) detailing and featured a unique spotted one.

I love the parkas. Nothing beats them in my opinion. I love that Christopher Bailey incorporated different styles of outerwear other than the classic trench that we are used to from the English fashion house. I would own every single jacket. Whether it be from the women’s or men’s. The one above would have to be my favorite. The print is just to die for and fresh. When do you see a printed parka done with such an amazing print?
