Kelly Osbourne looked to be dressed quite summery as she was doing some shopping around North London, England a few days ago. The weather here has been constant rain and wind lately so she was lucky to have a dry day!

Kelly was wearing her J Brand Agnes pants in Black Sateen again but she paired them with a blue t-shirt and black flats this time along with a summer hat. What do you think of her look?
