Victoria Justice was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills, California. She wore a pair of the ever popular DL1961 Kate Jeans in Twilight. She paired the jeans with a hoodie and her staple cowboy boots.
I remember the days when cowboy boots were the boots to have. They were a huge trend back in ’06. I wonder if they are making a comeback. The mid-west is having a moment right now and will carry on to fall. I always thought that the ankle length version are a lot more modern and cooler than the higher ones. I personally don’t like cowboy boots. I think if someone’s gonna wear them the outfit as a whole has to be a bit over the top so that the boots seem like just another quirk in the outfit otherwise I hate them with casual stuff it just seems so country.
