This season, Original Penguin continues to expand its product range by launching a four piece denim collection for the Autumn/Winter. Original Penguin prides itself on staying true to the brands message and history. This dedication has been translated into the new denim range, as the brand takes a fully original approach to design. They have created a selection of individual styles and fits to suit the needs of the style conscious Original Penguin follower.
Still based on the Original Penguin Autumn/Winter theme ÔÇÿSpeak Easy’, they have four denim offerings; The Rockabilly, The Heritage Fit, The Rogue and The Pioneer. Offering a mix of heritage and traditional styles that sit next to more fashion led pieces, produced using modern fabrics and in up to date fits.
The Heritage is the classic and timeless silhouette from Original Penguin, defined by expertly crafted pieces in rich fabrics and textures. A slim fit that sits just below the waist and available on six different finishes from stonewash to selvedge, the Heritage jean is a staple for any winter wardrobe.
The Rogue is a playful skinny leg jean with an added touch of stretch for comfort. The Rogue comes in deep indigo and lead grey washes designed for a softer touch. They also have a corduroy version of this fit.
For a more relaxed fit the Rockabilly is a must. Sitting below the waist, with a long rise, straight and full through the seat and thigh. This jean offers a relaxed leg and a straight fit.
Lastly, for those who are more experimental with their denim, the Pioneer jean is this seasons answer, sitting low at the hip coupled with a ÔÇÿdrop crotch’ for a modern carrot fit.
