Nicole Richie in a Levi’s Vest

Nicole Richie spends some quality time with daughter Harlow. The two were seen at a local ice cream shop, Ice Cream Plus, where Harlow got some ice cream. I think that Harlow is starting to look more and more like Nicole.

Nicole wore a studded denim Levi’s vest over a floral dress and a pair of House of Harlow wedges. I love how she’s worn the vest to toughen up the floral dress.
