Julianne Hough in American Eagle

Julianne Hough was seen in a tiny pair of American Eagle cut off shorts and cowboy boots, as she plays with her cellphone. Julianne was on set of her newest film Rock of Ages in Miami, FL.  The film has been adapted from the Broadway play with the same name and stars other celebs like Tom Cruise and Amy Adams.
