MiH Jeans Press Day Preview
If you follow DenimBlog on Twitter, you will know that I attended some press days in London last week. MiH Jeans was one of those! I met with Chloe and the wonderful Susan from the brand at their studios and I had a look through the new Autumn/Winter 2011 collection. Chloe was really wonderful and down to earth, it’s always so nice meeting the designers behind the brands!
Here are a few photos from the new line. I fell in love with a few pieces. I’ve always had a thing for those dove tees and the washes for the coming season are really cute! I like the fact that they bring out one wash in quite a few different cuts so you are not limited in what you wear. Some of the shirts were really pretty as well as the scarves. I do definitely love the beige coloured denim though, that’s a big favourite of mine right now. Hopefully the Look Book will be ready soon so we can share that with you!

I love the dove they use as their logo, especially the different colours it’s stitched in on the back pockets. This particular pair has a red dove. The pocket linings are also pretty with prints and writing on them and their button has a dove on it as well. I’m always intrigued by the little detailing and aesthetics of jeans, they add so much to the brand and individual pairs. I’m also fond of the brand as it’s English, it’s hard to find English premium denim brands now.
