Henri Lloyd Spring/Summer 2011 Preview

The HL Jeans co Spring/Summer 11 collection has just landed on their website and they have some great styles! For Spring/Summer 11 HL Jeans Co has been crafted to capture a new level of sophistication through fabric use and development techniques. The collection has a preppy feel expressed through clean lines and bright colours, balanced with bespoke washes.

HL Jeans Co has extended the leg wear offering for this season, with the introduction of heavy weight Premium Red Selvedge denim. Available in a straight fit the Red Selvedge range features the new look HL Jeans Co branded rivets and vintage copper shanks generating a look that is key for spring 11. Denim is at the core of HL Jeans Co brand and this season has seen the collection innovate and grow to now offer a variety of washes including dirty, vintage and bleached options. This season also sees the introduction of the carrot fit style in the form of ‘Riley’ which will sit beside the existing fits including the slim fit ‘Vincent’ and ‘Kendall’, straight leg ‘Longport’, and ‘Leighton’. The new HL Jeans Co double stitch detailing on the back pocket will also cross over to spring 11, adding a more stylised, fashion forward look.

Spring/Summer has also seen the inclusion of more formal leg wear into the brand portfolio as HL Jeans Co has produced a range of a traditional styled chinos in tones such as ‘French Navy’ and ‘Rope Khaki’ a choice of hues that allow the wearer to build complimenting looks together with ease. Khaki also extends to shorts as HL Jeans Co introduces ‘Davenport’, in a variety of colours, including Paloma Grey, Preppy Yellow and Barely Pink, off set with checked lining on the hem highlighting the quality and attention to detailing that is the signature of HL Jeans Co.

The Spring/Summer 11 collection reflects the energetic, confident, traditional and yet fashion forward direction of HL Jeans Co. The addition of the new look leather brand logo illustrates an understated tone, whilst additional design features represent all that is eccentric in British style and yet still recognises the HL Jeans Co nautical legacy, bringing character and identity to the collection.
