Denim Review: 7 For All Mankind The Skinny in Garnet
This weeks review is on a pair of 7 For All Mankind The Skinny leggings in Garnet. I’ve always had a thing for maroon coloured denim and when I found these online at 7 For All Mankind, I fell in love.
The reason I like these so much is because I trust 7 For All Mankind when it comes to fit and comfort. I have a couple of pairs of their Gwenevere in the gummy denim and I thought it was time to try their new cut, The Skinny. Comparing this cut to the Gwenevere, these are definitely longer on the inseam and the rise feels a little bit higher. The pockets are also plain and don’t have their signature squiggle design. I prefer the Gwenevere to these, only marginally, but that’s because I prefer the shorter inseam. Other than that, they fit pretty much the same and are just as comfortable.
The wash is a beautiful, deep red, it’s a lot like a maroon colour and it’s really warm. The shade has a Christmasy feel to it because of the warmth it gives off. There are marble undertones to it as well, the marbling is a shade of brown and it gives the jeans a lot of character. They are not plain like a lot of coloured denim is. The detailing is what makes them so unique in my opinion. I love the wash so much because of the two tones to it. Coloured denim is something I am a huge fan of but unfortunately I don’t get to review many pairs of.
I took a 27 in these, which is my normal size in their gummy denim leggings. I vary between a 27/28 in their normal jeans but always opt for my smaller size when it comes to the leggings as they are so stretchy. They definitely didn’t get it wrong when they named this cut The Skinny though, they are definitely super skinny all the way down and really flattering. I would honestly recommend these if you want a pair of deep red jeans with a depth and character to the wash. Buy these jeans at 7 For All Mankind for only $99.

Oh, I love love love hte color! Yeah, it reminds me the paige verdugo jeggings which I love very much. Gwenevere in the gummy denim is super comfy and fits my small framed asian body perfectly.
I think these came out around the same time as the Paige ones
As these are in the sale now. I have both though and they are equally as gorgeous!
