Nicole Richie was spotted at one of her favorite hangouts, The Andy LeCompte Salon, to get a little touch up on her hair. She was wearing her denim shorts and tights combo with her Louboutin ankle boots. Nicole seems to like this look for Winter. She was spotted wearing it in a very similar way last year during her promo tour.

I wonder what Nicole has been using for her hair recently? She has openly said that she is a major fan of the Brazilian Blow-Out, but there has been a recent formaldehyde controversy over the product and it is now banned. Ohh…what is the girl that kicked off the bob in the past decade to do without her trusty product? I’m sure that Nicole will find other techniques that work just fine.
