Kanye West in Balmain Homme

Kanye West was spotted wearing a Balmain Homme denim jacket to ring in the New Year with Jay-Z at The Cosmopolitan Grand Opening at Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada. We haven’t spotted him in this jacket in a while. Actually we haven’t spotted him in a denim jacket or denim even lately. It is a great jacket though. It is very clean with mild distressing on the left shoulder. He was one of the celebrities that brought back the denim jacket.

As everyone knows Kanye is a huge fan of Balmain. So, for his next tour, he will have the fashion house’s Fall/Winter 2010 collection interpreted into mens. Yes, the Prince inspired collection. So there might be tons of brocade, gold, and purple. I’m interested in seeing how the looks will turn out, as it is one of my favorite collections from the French fashion house. Ohh…how I would love to have the black suede skinnies that were worn by Maryna Linchuk in the show. How did you readers ring in the New Year?
