I agree, Rachel should be on this list and Jessica Alba & Vanessa should have been ranked higher. Tisdale doesn’t impress me.

I think David beckham should be higher ranked but not only 10th.. you know.. he made prps and dior homme jeans become well-known all over the world.

Oh and we still have the official one to come, based on how many times they were blogged and how many brands they wore so I’m sure Rachel and Cheryl will be on that list, Rachel probably quite high up

To be honest I’m not that much a fan of Rachel’s style, it often bores me, I’ve only seen a couple of outfits I really liked from her. Plus I wanted those as my 10 so I didn’t have any room for her, I do love Cheryl Cole as well but only recently so I didn’t think she had enough grounds to fit in the top 10 like everyone else Those 2 would be in the top list if it was top 12 though
