Selena Gomez was seen at The Grove in Los Angeles, California wearing Rock & Republic jeans. Wow it’s been a LONG time since I’ve blogged anyone in R&Rs. I first got into the whole “premium denim” thing in search of a beautiful pair of Rock & Republics, but now its been over two years since I’ve bought a pair from the brand.
What brought you to the world of premium denim? I have changed my taste so much over the years, I used to love the pretty pockets and buy jeans solely based on the wash and pocket details. Now I buy/keep all my jeans based on fit and wash mostly. A pretty pair of jeans that are uncomfortable just don’t get worn by me anymore. What do you think is more important in a pair of jeans, comfort or looks?

R&R was also the brand that brought me into premium denim
I owned loads of them and I went for the back pockets too, mainly because I loved blingy stuff. I even owned a couple in the same wash just because the pockets were different lol. Now to me, fit and wash is really important and I like subtle pockets. R&R still has an amazing fit though!

I actually think fit and comfort go hand in hand…if they fit properly, they’ll almost always be very comfortable at the same time! Anything that is too tight/too big/too low will have you always tugging and hitching up your jeans, which not only looks bad, it is also just annoying and uncomfortable!
Honestly, R&R is not as popular as before.. that’s sad but true..
