Rachel Bilson was spotted out having some dinner in Studio City, California with a friend. She was wearing her favorite combination of a striped shirt, James Twiggy Jeans in Karma, and some lace up boots. This time she opted for a flat pair. It amazes me that Rachel has worn this combination many times but yet she has kept each look looking new each time.
