Denim Brand: Naem Denim

Naem Denim is a denim brand that launched in June of 2009 and started shipping January of this year. They offer premium contemporary denim for both mens and womens at an opening price point of $108-$148. They make 100% of their jeans in Los Angeles using high quality fabrics from Italy, Japan and around the world. They also use premium wash houses to treat the jeans. They are set on offering premium denim at reasonable pricing that does not have an inflated price tag.

The concept of “NAEM” is a play on letters of the word “name”. It’s pronounced “name”. Kevin Na is the owner of the brand. He comes from a family of manufacturing in Los Angeles so he knows how to turn quality product quickly and very cost effective. To help execute on the vision he hired experienced veterans from the premium contemporary denim industry. Carol Scalisi handles their sales and has 15 years of experience and previously worked as sales managers for Replay, Earl, 7 for all mankind and Joes jeans before joining Naem. Erin McColl handles their design duties and she has previously worked on brands such as Imitation of Christ, Yanuk and 7 for all mankind. They also have a talented group of patternmakers, pre-production, production, fit models etc. to handle the rest of the manufacturing duties.

Their jeans look really nice from what I can see. What do you think? Are you interested in Naem Denim?
