Kristin Cavallari fills up the meter on her way to Niel George Salon in Beverly Hills. Rumor has it that Kristin is dating Chicago Bear’s quarterback, Jay Cutler. The two have been spotted out with each other quite a few times since they were first seen with eachother last month.
