Penn Badgley in 7 For All Mankind

Someone is loving their cut offs just as much as Kate Moss. Penn Badgley was spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in New York. He was wearing what seems to be his favorite pair of bottoms, his 7 For All Mankind cut off shorts. I really like the wash of the jeans. I wonder what they looked like before Penn went at it with his scissors.

Are you readers excited for the return of Gossip Girl in a couple weeks? I see that they are bringing back Jenny Humphrey. I always thought that Taylor Momsen was done with the show. So I am interested in seeing how they bring her back into the show.
